By creating an account or using business-lane.com (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Business Lane lets businesses create and manage a public website; list services, products, and promotions; publish photo galleries, FAQs, and customer reviews; receive customer messages and appointment requests; and manage customer records and invoices from a private dashboard. We may add, change, or remove features over time to improve the Service.
You must provide accurate information when registering, verify your email address, and keep your password secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account.
The Service starts with a free trial — no payment details required. After the trial, continued use requires a paid monthly subscription, processed by our payment provider, Stripe. Promotional codes apply as described at checkout. You can cancel any time from your dashboard; your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period, and we do not provide refunds for partial months. If a price changes, we will give existing subscribers at least 30 days notice by email.
You retain ownership of everything you publish through the Service — your business details, images, service listings, and page content. By publishing it, you grant Business Lane the right to host, display, and distribute that content as needed to operate the Service. You are responsible for ensuring your content is accurate, lawful, and does not infringe the rights of others.
You agree not to use the Service to publish unlawful, misleading, or infringing content; to send spam; to impersonate others; to attempt to breach or overload our systems; or to collect data about other users without consent. We may suspend or remove accounts and content that violate these rules.
Messages, appointment requests, and reviews submitted through your website are delivered to your account, and reviews are only published after you approve them. Business Lane is not a party to any transaction, booking, or communication between you and your customers, and is not responsible for their content. Invoices and customer records you create in your dashboard are your own business records; you are responsible for their accuracy and for complying with any invoicing or tax rules that apply to you.
We work hard to keep the Service available at all times, but it is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. Maintenance, updates, or events beyond our control may cause temporary interruptions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Business Lane will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of the Service.
You may cancel your subscription and stop using the Service at any time from your dashboard. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your public website will no longer be available.
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify account holders by email or through the Service. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
