For gyms and studios

A website for your gym or studio

People join a studio they have already pictured themselves in. Your website is where that happens — the room, the classes, the people who got results.

Classes and packages go on as services with their own descriptions and prices: a drop-in, a ten-class block, one-to-one coaching, an eight-week programme. Each carries a request button, so someone can ask about a free trial session without having to phone during a class.

Results are the strongest thing you have, and the before/after gallery is built for them. Add the reviews your members leave through your own review link, and a stranger arrives with most of their doubts already answered.

What fitness studios actually need

  • Trial requests without the phone call

Someone asks about a first session at a time that suits them. You confirm or move it from your dashboard between classes.

  • Member results and reviews

Before/after photos and approved star ratings — the two things that convince someone who has not committed yet.

  • Packages priced clearly

Drop-ins, blocks and programmes each listed with what they include, so nobody has to ask what it costs.

What you get

  • Classes, blocks and one-to-one coaching listed with prices
  • Free trial and first-session requests that land in your inbox
  • Before/after transformation gallery with a drag slider
  • Reviews and star ratings you approve before they publish
  • Promotions for January, referrals and seasonal pushes

Everything above is on the Website plan at $20 a month. The Business plan at $25 adds customer records, invoices, barcode labels and inventory — compare the two plans.

Questions from fitness studios

Can this run my class timetable?

It lists your classes and takes requests against them, but it is not a live timetable with places counting down. Someone asks for a class at a time, and you confirm, move or decline it. For a studio running a handful of classes that works well; a large gym with capacity limits per session will want dedicated class-booking software alongside it.

Can I sell memberships through the site?

You can publish what a membership costs and what it includes, and take enquiries about it, but payment happens between you and the member — there is no card processing and no commission taken on anything.

How do I show member transformations properly?

The gallery has a before/after slider a visitor drags between the two photographs, which is far more convincing than two pictures side by side. Get written permission from the member first — it is their photograph, and it belongs on your site only if they said yes.
