For electronics and phone shops

A website for your phone or electronics shop

A phone shop is two businesses wearing one sign: repairs, which are quoted, and accessories, which are stocked. Most website tools are built for one or the other.

Repairs go on as services — screen replacements, battery swaps, water damage, data recovery — each with a price where you have one and a "request a quote" where the honest answer is "it depends on the model". A customer describes the device and the fault, and it lands in your dashboard with enough detail to answer properly.

Accessories go on as products with photographs, prices, barcodes and stock levels. Sell one at the counter by scanning it onto the invoice and the stock takes itself down. One shop, one dashboard, both halves of it.

What electronics & phone shops actually need

  • Repair quotes with the device attached

The make, the model and the fault arrive together, so the first reply is a real price rather than three more questions.

  • Accessories tracked as stock

Cases, cables and chargers with barcodes and low-stock alerts — the small fast-moving lines that quietly run out.

  • Reviews that answer the trust question

Handing over an unlocked phone takes nerve. Approved star ratings from other customers are what settles it.

What you get

  • Repairs listed with a fixed price or a quote request
  • Accessories with photographs, prices, barcodes and stock
  • Scan-to-invoice at the counter with your phone camera
  • Approved reviews and star ratings
  • Turnaround times and warranty terms on your own terms page

Everything above is on the Website plan at $20 a month. The Business plan at $25 adds customer records, invoices, barcode labels and inventory — compare the two plans.

Questions from electronics & phone shops

Can I price repairs per device model?

List the common ones as their own services — "Screen replacement, iPhone 14" and so on — each with its own price and photos. For everything else, publish the repair without a price and let the customer request a quote, which is the honest answer when the part cost moves.

Can customers track a repair online?

No, and it is worth being clear about that. There is no per-customer repair status page — you take the request, then keep the customer updated the way you do now, with the WhatsApp, text and email links drafted for you from the request itself.

Where do warranty terms go?

Your terms page, which is yours to write and is linked from every page. Turnaround times, warranty length, what voids it, and your policy on data and backups all belong there — and having them public is what you point at when somebody disputes one.
