A website for your pet business

People are careful about who they hand their dog to. Photographs of happy, well-groomed animals and reviews from other owners do more to settle that than any amount of copy.

Grooming, walking, sitting and boarding each go on as services with their own prices — including different prices by size or coat, listed as separate entries. Every one carries a booking request, so an owner can ask for Thursday without ringing while you have a nervous spaniel on the table.

The before/after gallery is made for this trade. A matted rescue on one side and the finished groom on the other is the single most persuasive thing you can put on the page.

What pet services actually need

  • Before and after, dragged side by side

The transformation is the sell. Owners drag the slider between the arrival photo and the finished groom.

  • Requests, not interruptions

Booking asks land in your dashboard while your hands are full. You confirm or move them when the dog is back with its owner.

  • Reviews from other owners

Approved star ratings from people in the same position as the visitor — the thing that turns a browse into a call.

What you get

  • Services priced by size, breed or coat as separate entries
  • Before/after grooming gallery with a drag slider
  • Booking requests you confirm, move or decline
  • Vaccination and behaviour policies on your own terms page
  • Reviews and star ratings you approve before they publish

Everything above is on the Website plan at $20 a month. The Business plan at $25 adds customer records, invoices, barcode labels and inventory — compare the two plans.

Questions from pet services

Can I price by dog size?

Yes — list them as separate services: "Full groom, small breed", "Full groom, large breed", and so on. Each gets its own price, description, photos and request button, so the owner picks the right one and you are not quoting blind.

Where do I put my vaccination policy?

Your terms page, which is yours to write and is linked from every page of the site. Vaccination requirements, behaviour and aggression policies, late collection and cancellation rules all belong there — and having them written down publicly is what you point at when someone disputes one.

Can owners see photos of their own pet?

The gallery is public rather than per-customer, so it shows your work to everyone rather than giving each owner a private album. Most groomers use it exactly that way — a rolling portfolio of recent grooms, posted with the owner's permission.
