A website for your cleaning business

Cleaning is sold on trust and on price-per-job, and neither survives a website that looks like it was built in 2011 — or no website at all.

Business Lane gives you a page that lists exactly what you clean, takes a quote request with the details you need to price it, and shows the standard of your work in photographs. Domestic, end-of-tenancy, commercial contracts — each is its own service with its own description.

Because almost no cleaning job has a fixed price, services can be published with a "request a quote" button. The customer tells you the property and the job, it arrives in your dashboard, and you price it properly instead of guessing on a phone call.

What cleaning services actually need

  • Quote requests with the detail you need

A request arrives with the service, the customer, and their message — enough to price the job without three rounds of phone tag.

  • Look like a real company

Your own web address, your logo, your hours and a proper terms page. That is most of what a nervous customer is checking for.

  • Invoices for regular clients

Keep customer records, raise an invoice, download it as a PDF, and get told when one goes overdue.

What you get

  • A service for each job type — domestic, deep clean, end of tenancy, commercial
  • "Request a quote" instead of a price where a price makes no sense
  • Before/after photos of the jobs that look impossible
  • Customer records so a repeat booking is not a fresh conversation
  • Invoices with PDF download and overdue alerts

Everything above is on the Website plan at $20 a month. The Business plan at $25 adds customer records, invoices, barcode labels and inventory — compare the two plans.

Questions from cleaning services

Can I show prices for some jobs and quotes for others?

Yes. A standard domestic clean can carry a fixed hourly or per-visit price while an end-of-tenancy job shows "request a quote". You choose per service, and you can change your mind later without rebuilding anything.

Do you handle recurring weekly customers?

Customer records live in your dashboard on the Business plan, so a regular is already there with their address, contact details and history when you raise the next invoice. The site does not run a recurring billing schedule for you — it keeps the record and makes each invoice a few clicks instead of a fresh document.

Can I show that we are insured?

Yes — your About page and your terms page are both yours to write, and insurance, DBS checks and guarantees are exactly what belongs there. Those are the pages a cautious customer opens before they call, so it is worth spending ten minutes on them.
