For florists

A website for your flower shop

Flowers are bought with the eyes and almost always in a hurry. Your website needs to show the work beautifully and take the order request in the same minute.

A real site built on Business Lane — open it, scroll it, book something. Visit the live demo →

Arrangements go on as products with up to ten photographs each — bouquets, wedding work, funeral tributes, seasonal pieces. Photos are optimised automatically, so a gallery-heavy page still opens quickly on a phone.

Most florist work is bespoke, so any item can take a custom order request instead of a fixed price. The customer says what the occasion is and when they need it, and it arrives in your dashboard with their message attached.

What florists actually need

  • Seasonal offers, published instantly

Valentine's, Mother's Day, prom season. Publish the offer and it is on the front of your site the moment you save it.

  • Custom orders with the detail

Occasion, date, colours and budget arrive together, so the first reply can be a real quote instead of a list of questions.

  • Photographs that stay fast

Up to ten photos per arrangement and fifty in the gallery, compressed automatically so the page still loads on a phone.

What you get

  • Arrangements listed with photographs and a price or a quote request
  • Wedding, funeral and seasonal work in a gallery of its own
  • Promotions timed to Valentine's, Mother's Day and Christmas
  • An announcement bar for cut-off dates and delivery days
  • Custom order requests with occasion, date and message attached

Everything above is on the Website plan at $20 a month. The Business plan at $25 adds customer records, invoices, barcode labels and inventory — compare the two plans.

Questions from florists

Can customers order and pay for a bouquet online?

They can request one — there is no checkout and no card processing. The request reaches you with the occasion, the date and their message, and you confirm the price and take payment your own way. For bespoke work, which is most florist work, that is usually better than a fixed-price cart.

How do I handle Valentine's cut-off dates?

The announcement bar takes a line of text and shows it across the top of your site — "Valentine's orders close 5pm on the 12th" — and it is live the moment you save it. It is the fastest thing on the site to change, which is what you want in the week it matters.

Will my photos slow the site down?

They are compressed and resized automatically when you upload them, so you can put the full-size photograph in and let it be handled. That matters more than it sounds: page speed is one of the things Google measures, and a florist site is mostly pictures.
